Agreement

By ordering from wantedskin.com or using the WANTED app you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.

Products

WANTED products are cosmetics. They are intended to support the look and feel of skin and are not medicines; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Patch-test before first use and stop if irritation occurs. Ingredient lists are printed on every product; the list on your bottle is the current one.

Research cited on our site is ingredient-level and linked to its source. Individual results vary.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation; we may cancel and fully refund an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems, and we'll tell you if we do.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

The app

The WANTED app is provided free, for your personal use, to help you keep a routine and track your own progress. It gives general skincare information, not medical advice. It may change, pause or end at any time; if it ends, we'll give you a way to export or delete your data first.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on our site are from real people who used the product. Where a reviewer received product free, we say so. Results described are individual experiences and not a promise of what you will see.

Content and brand

Everything on the site and in the app — words, images, the WANTED name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
