Who we are

WANTED operates wantedskin.com and the WANTED app. Questions about this policy: hello@wantedskin.com.

What we collect

Orders: name, shipping address, email, phone and payment details are collected by Shopify at checkout to fulfil your order. We never see or store your full card number; Shopify Payments processes it.

Assessment and app: the email you give us, your skin-assessment answers, your routine and check-in history, and any progress photos you choose to upload. Photos are private by default, stored with our database provider (Supabase) behind signed links, and are never used in marketing without your separate, explicit permission.

Usage: standard analytics such as pages viewed, device type, referring site and campaign tags (UTM), collected through Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These help us understand what works and measure advertising.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship orders, send order and shipping emails, provide the app and your personalised plan, answer support requests, improve the site, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Service providers that act on our instructions: Shopify (store and payments), our fulfilment partner (name and address to ship your order), Supabase (app data), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising), and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the shopping bag, to remember your app session, and for the analytics and advertising tools above. You can block cookies in your browser; the bag and app may not work without them.

Your choices and rights

You can delete any photo, all photos, or your whole WANTED app account yourself from the app (You → Privacy). To access, correct or delete other data, or to opt out of marketing or of the sale/sharing of data for advertising, email us and we act within 30 days. California, Virginia, Colorado and other US state residents have specific rights under state law; we honour them for everyone.

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and app data until you delete it or your account has been inactive for 24 months.

Children

WANTED is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
