Is the WANTED app really free?

Yes. No purchase required. The assessment builds your Preservation Profile and the app keeps your weekly plan, check-ins and photo journal going for free.

Do I need to download anything from the App Store?

No. WANTED runs in your browser and can be added to your home screen in one tap on iPhone and Android.

What are peptides?

Short chains of amino acids used in modern cosmetic formulas to support the appearance of firmer, smoother-looking skin. See our Science page for the plain-language version.

Is this medical skincare?

No. WANTED is cosmetic skincare. Our products and app don't diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and the photo journal is for your own comparison — not analysis.

Who sees my photos?

You. Photos are private by default, stored securely, and never used for marketing without your separate, explicit permission. You can delete them any time.

Can I use WANTED with my retinoid?

Many people do. The app will suggest alternating nights if you tell it you use one. If you have a skin condition or concerns, check with your dermatologist.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns on all launch products. Free shipping on orders over $50.

How often will you message me?

Once or twice a week, at the time you choose. WANTED is built for meaningful weekly use, not daily nagging.
