Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from a US warehouse by our fulfilment partner.

Cost

Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 pay standard shipping (under $8), shown at checkout before you pay.

Timing

Ships in 2 business days of your order being placed (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Arrives in 4–7 business days (US) after dispatch.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates; carrier delays outside our control can add time.

Address problems

Check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to reship; a second shipping charge may apply. If a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email hello@wantedskin.com within 7 days and we'll help.
